Description of Function
Upon application of input voltage, the time delay (t) begins. If a reset signal is applied during time delay (t), the time delay (t) is reset. At the end of time delay (t), the output relay is energized and the N.C. contact opens. If a reset signal is applied after time delay (t) has elapsed, time delay (t) is reset and relay output is de-energized. Upon removal of the reset signal either during time delay (t) or after the time delay (t) has elapsed, the time delay (t) is reset to zero. The timer uses the NC contact which opens on timeout. The time delay (t) and relay status are retained using non-volatile memory in the event of a power loss using the RESET function. The RESET (NO MEMORY) function operates in the same manner except that time delay (t) and relay status are not retained in the event of a power loss.
